I understand that skating and ice-related activities involve inherent risks of physical harm. I voluntarily agree to participate in the skating classes offered by Patinage Facile (EZ Skating) and fully assume all risks associated with such participation.

Je comprends que le patinage et les activités liées à la glace comportent des risques inhérents de dommages corporels. J'accepte volontairement de participer aux cours de patinage offerts par Patinage Facile (EZ Skating) et assume pleinement tous les risques associés à cette participation.

As a condition of participating in the skating classes (including ice skating, inline skating, and roller skating), I agree to wear a helmet at all times while on the skating surface. I understand that wearing a helmet is mandatory and not optional. I acknowledge that additional protective gear—such as knee pads, elbow pads, and wrist guards—is optional but highly recommended for my safety. I understand that choosing to participate without this additional gear may increase my risk of injury

Comme condition pour participer aux cours de patinage (y compris le patinage sur glace, le patinage en ligne et le patinage à roulettes), j'accepte de porter un casque à tout moment lorsque je me trouve sur la surface de patinage. Je comprends que le port du casque est obligatoire et non facultatif. Je reconnais que les équipements de protection supplémentaires, tels que les genouillères, les coudières et les protège-poignets, sont facultatifs mais fortement recommandés pour ma sécurité. Je comprends que le fait de choisir de participer sans ces équipements supplémentaires peut augmenter mon risque de blessure.

I understand that the company and its instructors will use their best efforts to provide a safe environment for my participation in the classes, but cannot guarantee my safety. I acknowledge that there are risks associated with my participation in the classes, including but not limited to, the risk of physical injury.

I hereby release and discharge the company, its instructors, and any other representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of or are in any way connected with my participation in the skating classes.

I acknowledge that I have read this waiver and release of liability form, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. I acknowledge that I am signing the waiver and release freely and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
